How do I set up automatic payments?

If your account has billing access, you can view billing information in the DealRoom platform. With this, you can access invoices and set up automatic payments.

To proceed, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Settings option at the top.

  • Choose Billing from the left-side menu.

Note: If the Billing tab isn't visible, your current access level doesn't include billing privileges.

  • On the billing screen, you'll find details about your existing subscription, billing information, and the most recent invoices.

  • In the grey box where your billing information is, click the update link to enter in new card information for payment.

  • Click the View button next to the invoice and you'll be directed to a screen where you can also:

    • Pay the invoice

    • Set up automatic payments

    • Download the invoice

    • Download the receipt (if the payment is already made)
